Sadly, Amy has put more miles on the GL than I have. I haven't driven it since we picked it up.
I think we're sitting just shy of 150 miles. I'm going to drive it this weekend though for sure.

How about a "convoy" video?
What do you guys think of shooting a video of the GL convoy? I have a tripod and we can use that. I am not creative so my thought is more like set it up and the entire procession drives by it. Any other ideas?

My apologies in taking so long on the reply, been really busy and all. Also I just got an email from cleancitycarwash.com and they say they no longer operate in vegas so unfortunately you guys will need to go with another option.

Disappointed
I just sent and email to Brian explaining why I will not be able to attend the meet in LV on the 26th-28th. My sister in SC has some serious health problems and will required surgery and it is scheduled for the 24th. I will be leaving here the 18th and will arrive in SC the day before. I plan to stay at least 5 days until all signs are good ones and then while on the east coast visit with some friends and return to LV sometime during the week of November 5th.
I am greatly disappointed that I will not meet all you fine people and take some pics of those GL's (and CL Mary.) Brian has things well in hand. I passed on the details of the Saturday schedule to him in my email this morning.
So don't eat too much at Rao's and enjoy Red Rock and your picture taking. Remember to set your f/stops and shutter speeds or play it safe and put the settings in Auto...:-)

My GL got rear ended (same thing that happened to Jen...a C-class ran into me as I was turning in a parking garage) so its' back in Beverly Coachcraft waiting for bumper parts.

I hope to have at least one of our GL550s by the time we meet in Las Vegas on Oct 26. I know the itinerary has been discussed, but is there room to add one more event to the weekend?
I was thinking we could sacrifice a virgin. The only problem would be trying to find a virgin in Las Vegas (with the obvious exception of NJ, and he won’t be attending).
Remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
