I agree these pedals look amazing. I thought about getting these for my 550 but my wife has them in her ML and I noticed a problem the other day. I nearly always wear the same old shoes--my favorite pair of 8 1/2 EE New Balance shoes. When pressing the brake, the little black studs wedge in the pattern of my shoe tread and I have to physically lift my foot to get it to let go
I know, get new shoes, but darn I just love these shoes

This is a little bit off topic but look into the HSTrask driving shoes. I have two pair now and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned or walked in. Autosports catalog has them as well as other quality sources, like Heatherington's (?) I have the regular ones with laces and also the ones with the quick tie feature where you just pull on a double ring lock on the laces and they lock tight (no tying.)

Glad to be of help...they really are great shoes. I have a lot of shoes and since I have gotten these, I wear the other ones only on really special dress up occasions.
