I like it. Is this an option, aftermarket or std?

Nice pics!

I have this color GL550 and this is the standard grill. I think the body color makes the chrome offset more visible and I personally like how it contrasts nicely with the remaining chrome and tinted windows.

Question for everyone while I'm on the subject... Anyone dealing with an excessive amount of debris/tar along the sides of the vehicle when cleaning? I think this has to do with overspray from the GL550 tires (or the lousy roads here in PA) but was curious if anyone else has noted this.

I've noticed on my 320 that often there's stuff from the tires up a little bit on the panels, but not really excessively. I do not have flaps.

thanks guys. anyway, for those who are going to do same thing, make sure places you take it to, will remove chrome inserts before they paint grill it self. some places I've seen, they just mask with tape chrome portion and paint it. but after tape is removed, you can see a lots of imprefections.
in few weeks I'll post more pics with chrome pieces being black_chromed. Actual color of black chrome its more like a gun_powder.
