If you are worrired about your bumper, there are ones that thread into the tow-hook hole. It would be off-center, but would not need holes or a trip to the dealer. Either way, I would just charge up my Dewalt and do it myself...

Nope, Mom. Costed me all of $25 since I didn't want to put the bracket on my li'l Prelude I had at that time.

Sounds like CA tax revenue must be sliding off a cliff chasing after the sub-prime paper. The Guv must be on CHiPs to raise some revenue!

We had the funniest law about the front plate in Arizona years ago; they'd issue you two plates but the front one was volountary. They finally gave up and just stopped issuing two plates. So if I go park at LAX, am I going to get a ticket for no front plate on my Arizona-registered truck?

To get even further , at Arizona State if you're parked in a student parking spot with a permit and an out of town plate, you'll get a ticket for failure to register your car here in a timely manner. I forget how long it is you have, but they do tend to hand those tickets out to just about everyone at about that time limit after the school year starts, making kids prove when they moved here I guess.
