Blackberry Storm integration with Bluetooth puck?

OK, sorry I've been playing.
I can tell you that the Storm hooked up and paired with the GL without an incident. So no worries there.
I've had it for essentially 24 hours now and I am favorably impressed. It does seem a little sluggish at times, not necessarily all the time when switching between menus and going from vertical to horizontal. I wouldn't say I'm annoyed by it, but I did notice it.
There is a lot to learn about this phone. I have corporate e-mail working now with the BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), have synced my calendar to Lotus Notes (hey, I work for IBM, you don't expect outlook to you), have synced my Contact list from Outlook (long story here, but I migrated my Razr2 to Outlook and then from Outlook to the Storm.
The Verizon network here has already proven itself to be much more reliable and stronger. I'm in my basement right now and getting connected where with AT&T I had no chance of that.
NET: The first 24 hours have been good for me.

Just to follow up. Does the puck integrate with the Storm so that the phonebook loads and the steering wheel controls can be used to select phonebook entries and make and receive calls? My existing XV6800 can make calls, but no phone book.

I did find a nice thing about the storm and bluetooth. It puts a button up when you are talking on the phone where with one touch you can cycle between the bluetooth (GL), speaker on the phone or just normal on the phone. I found that very convenient when wanting to take a private call.

I ended up getting the LG Dare. I'm still in NYC so I don't know if I'll have any problems connecting to the puck or not but I know where to go if I do!

There is another thread on the LG Dare and how to connect. I was thinking very hard about the Dare, but when the Blackberry came around I was hooked. Main things I liked about it vs the Dare was that it's a global phone with GSM capability, and the ability to attach to my corporate network.

Mine was supposed to ship by the 15th, then the 8th, and now I found out it's scheduled to be delivered on the 2nd! It was shipping from Ontario.

So far, nothing. I usually get an email pretty quickly from Verizon when they process the order and initiate shipment. Because of a delay in ordering (waited to try a friend's phone to test it, the new ship date is supposed to be the 16th). My office is in San Bernardino, about 20 minutes from Ontario, so I should get it next day.
My test of the phone with my car went very well. The volume was also much better, and sound clearer than with my old phone. Still can't use it with the top down, too much wind noise. #:^)

The screen was a big dissapointment, it also was quite hard for me to type on. The click screen idea is pretty cool, just needs to be developed further.
Also, it took me forever to get anything done on it. Its slow, the graphics lag, and the accelerometer responds slowly. I am sure much of this will be addressed with software revisions. Also, no Wi-Fi, GPS is locked to crappy *** VZW Navigator. Interational roaming is also a big no no with Verizon, so you are forced to pay their asinine roaming fees.
Its a good phone, just not up to par with my Bold IMO.

And you can make typing easier by doing the following: Go to options and in the screen/keyboard settings set key rate to fast, tap interval to 100, hover period to 100, and swipe sensitivity to 6. I found that this makes typing quickly in either mode much easier.
Now I have a question: How do you get the phonebook to upload into COMAND via Bluetooth? I can talk on the phone via Bluetooth but the phonebook didn't transfer to COMAND.

OK, got the phone. Paired immediately upon entering code. Sounds better than my old Motorola Q. Loads the phonebook faster, automatically. The SMS button does not work (I never used it anyway). Overall, a resounding success.
