Thermometer bottoms out
I mean really, how can a car like this not register temperatures below -40?

All tongue in cheek of course.....it's cold here.
I imagine a lot of folks don't know how I can live where I do, but oddly enough, we're supposed to be as warm as Tampa over the weekend. We've really only had one "little" snow storm (6") the entire season, which is quite odd. Golf courses are going to be packed, so hopefully a few less drivers will be on I-70 heading to the ski slopes.

I simply cannot imagine. It's been a long time since there's been a winter this harsh, even for you guys! I'm originally from Buffalo and while it did get cold, yeah, the big problem was snow.
STAY INDOORS!

Now I know why I pay a fortune for a house in southern California...we get 80 degree days in Janary.

I have no desire to find the bottom limits of this temp gauge...None whatsoever.
Good luck with that -40 stuff.
We had 3 days where the temp never climbed above zero. We're a balmy 21 right now. Suppose to get up to freezing next week. I would leave the MB outside at work for 9-10 hours per day those days. It always started up. The battery light would come on, but otherwise fine.
It's 7:10am here and 60F with light drizzle. (Actually, the thermometer in the truck said 64 at Starbucks - slightly warmer because of the coffee?)
