2011 Factory Pricing w/ Options?

Where can I find 2011 Mercedes GL450 factory invoice pricing including options? I've looked at Edmunds already, but they don't take in to account dealer holdback or advertising adjustments to the dealer.
What would be the standard or best percentage off MSRP in Central/Northern California?
What dealership has the best deals and inventory for the 2011 Mercedes GL450?
I remember at one time, factory invoice pricing was listed in this forum, where did it go?

In the last week, I've had 3 NorCal dealers offer me 10% off MSRP on a 2011 GL350 special order.

PM me if you'd like my contact at the dealership I ended up ordering from. He's been excellent and the process has been painless so far. The dealership honors the USAA rebate, too.

10% off MSRP... is that before the USAA $3000 incentive or with?

The dealer I selected will add the $3K USAA incentive on top of the 10% discount. And yes, I have that in writing!

Another dealer I ruled out wanted to include it in the 10% discount. BZZZT! Thanks for playing.

10% is a good deal. Check to see if your company is listed in the FEP program which will get you another $1500 off.

Hmm ... I work for a little tech start-up, so I doubt it. Bummer.

Now just one GL450 with EORP.
How does that 10% off of MSRP translate into above/under invoice? That's the number you should be looking at. 10 percent off of an imaginary number is still 90% of an imaginary number.
Does Mercedes do holdbacks?

Umm, how is MSRP an imaginary number? It's actually the least imaginary number of all of the ones involved. It's not subject to hold-backs, factory incentives, options with various margins, discounts, etc.

Go negotiate the best deal you can off that and then see where you end up.

BTW, 10% off MSRP on this vehicle is about $1500K under invoice, as near as I can determine.

Yes, Mercedes does hold-backs.

Mercedes dealers receive a 3% holdback and a 1-3% advertising fee paid to the dealership by Mercedes.
