Facelift - DRL, led tail lights and mirrors installed :)
I just made a small facelift to my 2008 GL (attached pictures), so now I have some parts that I don't need:
- Tail lights, left and right (mint condition)
- Rear SAM module
- Side mirrors, black and in perfect condition. Power adjustment and folding.
- Complete set of window trim, black. all in very good condition.
Please make an offer if interested in any of them.
(Parts for sale can be seen on picture number three)

Is it 450 or 550 ?
If it's 450 - I see your car has fender flares. Where did you buy it and how much if you remember ?

Nice work Roy!!! Im looking for DRL's for my 2011 GL 450. I got everything for it when i ordered it from the dealer. They forgot to add the lighting package, therefore i do not have the LED DRL's. Can you tell me where you got them from? Was this an expensive project for you?

It's a 320 cdi
The flares was installed at my local Mercedes dealer, and cost me approx $2000 including paint.
The DRL's was bought from GetMercedesParts, and cost me approx $450. I also had to add a module to eliminate a bulb out warning and a can-bus module to enable the fogs as DRL's, as my car could no be programmed for LED/DRL.
I guess the 2011 should already be prepared for DRL's, so that only a little programming at your Mercedes dealer is needed to activate them.

Nice job, front looks pretty much the same as a 2011 and the wheels are the exact same as I have on ours, must have cost a pretty penny for those!

I'm jealous. Not interested in what you're selling but I'd love to know about your upgrades. You didn't say what you did but it looks like LED lighting in the front and rear? Headlamp housing with no orange on it? Please PM me the details I think I'm going to steal your idea(s) if you don't mind! Sexy
