Manheim prices for 2009-2011 GL450 or GL550

2009 GL550 - the same condition - $48K-$50K
2010 GL450 - up to 20K miles - $44K-$45K
2010 GL550 - the same - $57K
2011 GL450 - 15K miles - $51K-$52K
2011 GL550 the same cond - $71K
More mileage - less price.
I hope it helps.
P.S. Prices are for auction condition "above" and as alx correctly stated - vehicle options unknown from auction report

Now the 550 is another story as it comes in one trim level so it is always apples to apples. Yet a dealer can overbid for one If he has a customer lined uP. So clear cases can be confusing too.
So... I don't Provide auction data anymore to the public as most folks have no ability to draw any meaningful conclusions from it.
The best price research can be done using autotrader and cars.com and determining fair pricing based on vehicles with known options and making sure you are not overpaying based on the average price for similarly equipped vehicles.
Just a few random thoughts.

so i would say that at 47k this will be a decent deal.
show up there, take it for a test drive and tell them you are willing to offer 47k _today_. go there asap as it is the end of the month and this is in your favor if you close the deal before jul 1st.
let them bump you to 47.5 or so or walk away.

My situation changed and I no longer need a 7 seater. I ended up getting a 2011 ML63 AMG for around $69.5k after tax/title/license.
Meanwhile I see the dealer dropped the GL price to $45.8K, which I would have bought at the time.
