Hi,
I own Mercedes GL 450 CGI from 2012. When i scroll to service display it says "service display not possible" What can I do whit it?

It is normal if it does that shortly after start and/ or after a service reset.

Otherwise I would assume somebody hasn't done a proper job confirming all services done and the system is a state of limbo.

Probably by using their scan tool.

YEAH but how? I have a scan tool. I even went and bought a brand new one strictly for Mercedes and I can't figure it out

You need one with bidirectional capability so you can go into whatever computer is controlling the service display and reset it.

But really, who cares about the service menu? Aren't you tracking and scheduling your service on your own?

Or just pull the battery for 30 minutes and let the system relearn everything and sort itself out.
