Please advise on suspension issues GL550!

GL550
Please advise on suspension issues GL550!
I own a 2011 GL 550. A warning code came on the dash saying malfunction with picture of truck and up arrow! After 2 days it was a low rider! The compressor does not come on at all. We replaced what we thought was the correct relay and the compressor but still the compressor does not run! What should we do next? Please help! Thank you!

Mine had the same issue, it turns out to be the compressor which they replaced under warranty.

I'm sure it does but I cannot drive it because it's so low and have very limited funds to repair. Gonna have to sit on it awhile I guess. Thank you for responding.

Make sure u replaced the right relay. And it is very common that the valve block right on top the compressor craps the bed . And will not air up the car. It's a very simple system.

Thank you. We will check that. I think it is the right relay from what I have read but now the engine won't turn over. 😡 Thank you all for the advice.

Just FYI...was a fried fuse box. All fixed now. Told me it was a common Mercedes thing. Thanks for all the advice!
