Yes, I took the fuse out to see if it was the air matic pump and noise but continued after I pulled out.

Relays are like switches. they use a small current to turn on a larger current. They are the square things along the bottom of that fuse box. you can hear and feel them turning on and off.
Check the fuse/relay chart in your manual (or google for it). Sorry, I don't know which one it is "by heart".
found it! Fuse box in tail gate right tail light fuse 32. This will be much easier than disconnecting off my negative cable of battery that is under passenger seat.
