GL500 does not crank starter

Hi guys, I have a 2007 GL500 that had the a worn voltage regulator and had toasted the ECU on May of last year. Well, since then I have replaced it, bought a used ECU that was sent for reprograming and then I found the ISM was also bad. Well I have replaced the bad ISM for a new one yesterday. I programmed the ISM using the Star Diagnosis and everything was fine, except that the car has a error number 2912 reported by Star Diagnosis. It is supposed to be a failure in N47-5 (ESP) module that is not sending the proper response by CAN bus.
Well, my doubt:
Why the car does not crank the starter?
The battery is fine, it has 12.6 12.8V
The starter is fine, I have just tested it pulling out the starter relay and made a direct connection.
All the lights on the dashboard are coming on without any alert, anda I can also insert the key and turn it to positions 1, 2 and 3, but I can't start the car.
I am looking for suggestions.
Thank you,
Sergio

Look to the ISM for issues!

Well after I have replaced the ISM there are no issues.
Today I found that the engine start is not released by the ECU, I tried to release but I had no success as Star Diagnosis kept for more than 10 minutes analyzing the module without any response.
Thank you.

Just making an update of my first post.
Unfortunately the computer I use for diagnostics (Dell D630) has a issue with its processor so, when I try to release ECU engine start it freezes.
I bough a new computer of the same brand and model to make a swap with the hard disk fro the old one to the new one, but, I did not know that Star Diagnosis program only works on the computer it was installed, this is terrible!
Now I have ordered a new Hard Disk with Star Diagnosis from 2017 from China, let's see if it works when arrives.
