Replaced Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS), but still does not start
Is there a way to detect if the problem is definitely the fuel pump or the ECU? I don't want to risk spending $200 for a fuel pump which is not refundable after being tested..

Frankly I should have bought a fuel pressure test kit a long time ago. I guess I just could not believe the system does not report fuel pressure.
I ordered this one from Amazon. It appears comprehensive, so I figure I can make use of it on other vehicles should the need arise. There are a bunch on Amazon Warehouse Deals for $52. Considering I paid over a grand to have someone change my fuel pump, the diagnostic tool is cheap.
