2007 GL450 radiator replacement tips
Radiator replacement for some other cars e.g. Toyota, Lexus, is pretty simple and straight forward.
For GL450, what makes this job intimidating are the following two factors
1. front bumper needs to be removed, its just a extra step, takes some time,
2. power steering cooler line connections, and transmission cooler line connections. those are special connections and can be confusing at first sight.
other than that, it's just a radiator replacement at the end of the day.

Dude it only takes an hour if you're competent.
The only reason you have to pull the bumper is to remove certain bolts on the underside. I did not replace those bolts. In fact, I did not replace about 40% of the plastic shroud routing air into the radiator, aerospace style. The engineers were fantasizing this is a F1 machine.
Take your time.
Do you have stubby flex head wrenches? I recall you need them for the lower bolts. I assume you have the WIS procedure. Past that it's mostly just setting aside a day or two and getting to work.

You can buy a bootleg WIS on Ebay for five bucks. The only downside is it needs 100+GB of drive space to store files, and needs lots of RAM to set up a virtual machine. Highly recommended, though.
