My Order...delayed!
Well.....my December build, Jan. delivery has morphed into FEBRUARY build, Mar. delivery! Needless to say, Im not a happy camper on that one! Did not have that happen on my first two GL orders...

What model and what options...
Production is running a but behind - and depending on genral production catch up "some" December order may be pushed into following month - as few as possible since ML's will be sell out and Dec is close of MB fiscal year.
However, a December production date to be pushed out to February usually indicates supply shortage of "something" - or bogie info from the dealer in the 1st place.

Now there is a clever idea! My dealership is a pretty "straight up bunch" , I know some of the key people personally, so I don't think they are playing games .....but..... They never seem to have much good commentary about the order/production process at the Vance plant.

my case is even worse. the order placed this month for Jan/Feb production, est deliver date is mid Mar to beginning April. in Canada, HST will be replaced to PST/GST system on April 1st, which means if I receive my SUV in April, I will have to pay 15% (PST/GST+3% luxury tax) instead 12% HST 
hopefully I can receive my SUV in mid of March.

they told me at least the vehicle has to pass the border. I'm going to call them again. They actually have a 450 Nov. production, Dec deliver, but I have been told I can't change options anymore

Well.....got the 2011 all cleaned and polished up....gonna be driving her for a while longer, might as well enjoy the best vehicle I have ever owned! If the 13 didn't have the significant improvements in tech and ride aspects, I probably would not be trading!

talked with the dealer today.....THEY say, "manufacturing is backed up 4 weeks" combine that with the holidays and Im looking at a Feb. build! Not what I want but is the only way to GET what I want! MY order orginally went in on Oct. 30.
