2014 GL350 ordered
I have both the fleet and USAA discount. I'm guessing they are not stackable, that would be sweet. I didn't even know I had the fleet discount until I heard many large companies have it.
I wonder if my dad can use my fleet discount since I'll use my USAA one.

Pappi - three things.
1) you missed a important option especially with newborns - add "Rear Sunshades" - note they cannot be added post-factory.
2) I would also recommend adding Easy-Entry feature for 2nd row seats
3) is there a reason you choose not to add 3rd zone climate control ?

Actually..
The "gap" isn't that bad - and the manual sunshades for the 2nd row are certainly not a wallet buster - and work better for infants than the store-bought add-on's.
It's not a question of heat or UV - the new glass does a great job blocking that - but when infants get to the age where the car seats can face forward - then the sunshades come in handy - less distraction from light/passing by..
I mention it not as a "critical" have, but this accessory doesn't show on build-your-own or dealer guide.. or for infants a good call out..

Thanks rmemory, didn't know AMA offered fleet discount, That will help a lot with negotiations, in addition to Mercedes Club discount of $ 1000.00

A question to all about price negotiations. Can I negotiate my best deal, then tell them that I have a Fleet Discount in addition ?
I know the MBCA discount can be done that way.
Thanks...

Sure ...... No problem ...... The fleet discounts, etc. are cash straight off the MSRP, or off your negotiated price (whichever way you want to look at it) straight to the dealer from MB.....you get the break either way.

If you have a good relationship with your dealer, it probably doesn't matter, but I bet some will use it against you in negotiations.
Case in point: when I was looking to buy my car, I contacted a fee dealers via email. I let one of them know that I would be using a fleet discount. There response was that they would give me $3000 off MSRP "including your discount", essentially giving me nothing. I said goodbye quickly.
