my wife bananas! :D
I dont have it yet... but waiting on the sales guy to send it to me. I did have a good look at it today... and WOW! the 14 has some nice upgrades to it.
as per a previous thread i posted in, the 14 will have electronic folding seats for the 2nd row ... huge win in my book

Please post it, host it somewhere and provide a link. I asked my SA if I could get it and he looked at me funny and said what's that. I don't know if he really didn't know or just didn't want to deal with it.

This allowed me to spec my 14 GL350...its ridiculous that the online configurator doesn't show all this, especially even acknowledge the existence of SPC order options.

What is MSRP for base 2014 GL 450?
Lighting package is $100 up but headlamp wash is removed
I got $2500 off and $3000 Fleet discount for '13 GL.
'14 GL will have less Fleet discount. My dealer offered $1000 off for '14 GL

Unfortunately, the combined form is lacking many of the options and overall pricing of these cars:
1. Massage Seats
2. 20 inch wheels for the GL 350
3. Hitch
4. --- other items also....
Would anyone have a complete list before I begin negotiations with the dealer? The main Website for MB still lists the 2013.

I don't think they have set MSRP for the GL's for 2014 yet. Most say there will be a modest increase from MY13. I put a deposit on a 2014 GL450 back in March and my salesman got my car configured this week and it is scheduled to be built 2nd week of July. I still don't have a price and I am not sure when I will have one. Even the option pricing is preliminary so that may change as well.

I ordered a 2013 GL350 BT in March, put down deposit, and a month later was advised my order was not processed by the factory. So my SA said they would give me a 2014, same build and options, at same price as the 2013. Build is July sometime, delivery????? Depends on whom you ask.
I had a $3600 USAA discount on the 2013 which will be whatever is negotiated for the 2014 when it is finally delivered.

I would expect the USAA discount for 2014 GL to be less for Aug-Sept-Oct delivery... it will still be the best prgram discount out there for that particular month of delivery but start-model-year programs discounts are smaller than near-model-year-end discounts... flip side is you have full 15 months before calendar 1st-year depreciation hit..

End-of-month June likely - but I wouldn't let 2% increase on base price hold you back from making a decision - since at this moment there are production open/changeable orders for almost every dealer that can be modified and confirmed for release date delivery end-of-Aug (officially 1st week of Sept).
Those production orders will be locked down by the factory soon - on startup model yr production the factory wants smooth start-up and will lock those orders down against changes like soon... next 10 days I would estimate.

What does 'release date delivery' mean? I was told that if we ordered now (and they didn't get another order before mine), we might have a car in December.
It's a little uncomfortable to order a car that we can't test drive first and the price isn't set.
I guess I don't understand the order process.
