USAA MY14 prices online
The updated info is online
I noticed (looking at GL550):
Their base price ($89,000) is $400 higher than mbusa but the USAA price is 88,300.
They show a 'chestnut' brown but same number as Auburn (254)
Discount is currently $2,000 (it's been 3k for MY13). With my options, discount was almost $2,500 although considering the true MSRP, its more like $2k.
The 2K discount is reduced by a $700 'regional' fee. I don't know if that's my region or every.

AMA Fleet Discount
Hi ordered my GL350 BTC in July and got AMA $2000 discount for model year 2014, production date is Aug. 25th. Not listed online, just place a call to AMA if you want, they will post soon. I called to see if discount would go up to $2500, - NO.

I recently ordered a 2014 GL 350. The AMA fleet discount is in addition to your best negotiated price from MSRP. In my case, I negotiated $ 2500 off the MSRP of $ 74,500. My overall combined discount became over 5% discount from MSRP. However, my membership in the MBCNA no longer adds an additional discount.

You have to be slippery! More slippery than they are, and they can be very slippery!
I got my 2014 at 2013 price because they screwed up my 2013 order, so that was about a $1,250 saving. Then I got the $2,000 USAA incentive. I think I got some additional discounts on the options, perhaps in the $700-$800 range, but the way they add their numbers it is buried so not completely sure about that. Total discount of almost $4k on a $76k MSRP.

So, is the AMA discount really a "rebate" that goes back to the dealers? If I negotiate my best price first, and then tack on the AMA discount, it seems like it must really be a dealer rebate, not an actual discount, right?

Hi - I negotiated 3k off a 2014 GL350 build and then also got the AMA 2k discount for total 5k off sticker... Not a bad deal

AMA = American Medical Association, offers members a fleet discount on top of best negotiated price. The discount varies for different models. For 2013 GL is $3K off for 2014 GL its $2K off.
