I know, i know, you are scratching you head on why I brought such a beautiful rig from Carmax.
But first let me thank all the great folks here fab, dreamzalone, bacnmercedes, dog_hauler, and many others you have provide very valuable advice over the last few months. Hats off to you all!

Still have 1.5 yr factory warranty left and am considering purchasing extended warranty for 3yr/100k. I called around and this qualifies for MB extended warranty.
Coming to why from Carmax after doing lot of research both in terms of pricing and quality across US, when I found this at Carmax it was best. I will be honest, I was very apprehensive about the thought of Carmax given all the comments online. But still went in hesitantly, after test driving, inspecting, and price comparison I really felt comfortable of what I was getting. Obviously they dont let you get it checked before purchasing, but they have 5-day return policy. So as soon as I purchased it, I got it checked out by 2 different MB dealers and the rig passed without any issues. Only thing that came up was the tires that were nearing end of life, which I knew when I was inspecting. I took it back to Carmax and they are going to replace the tires. The purchasing process was very seamless without any unnecessary hassle/fees (eg: doc fees, dealer fee, etc).
Overall very excited and power this thing exerts is awesome. The nimble handling and super braking surprised the hell out of me. Then again these were the main reasons why went with GL, and ofcourse hauling kids around
Congrats and it is a very beautiful Truck.....Just get the Warranty at your earliest or whichever Dealer promised you, because I wouldnt risk as the same dealer might back off from his words, my 2 cents.
Rest the color combo is great and you found a great RIG.....You gonna enjoy it everytime you drive.
Congrats, great color combo for sure. And a lot of goodies, especially the off-road package. You'll also get very addicted to the power of that V8 which is truly sublime.
Very nice and good color! Diamond white is a really neat color. I almost lost my coffee when I saw the sticker on our GL450 and saw the premium for diamond white ($1,500). Now that we have it, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Carmax is a great operation. I've sold them a few of my immaculate cars. I'm glad that whoever bought them, they're very lucky folks! Enjoy and congrats.
