gL450 for 69000
I was offered by a dealer for GL450 2016 model for $70000, pretty much loaded includes Premium Package, Lighting Package, Appearance Package,panorama Sunroof , hitch, Lane Tracking Package, Parking Assist Package:
The vehicle is new, but it was used for 4000 mileage for local event use? I'm tempted to buy Is this a good deal? and I think it may be worth about 65K?
I initially thought of buying a GLS, but i can save around 10k with this offer? Please share your thoughts.... This is my first Mercedes buy.

If you can get it for $65k I think it would be a really good deal in terms of current market value. Looking at other 2016 GL-s on TrueCar they start at $64k at 17-18k miles. I'd think that $69 for (almost)fully loaded is a fair price and not a bad deal.
I myself prefer v8, so went with a 2014 GL450 for $40k@40k mi.

Have you discussed whether this is balance-new-car-warranty (only) or is it Mercedes-Certified-PreOwned ?
Depending on your ownership intention - the warranty new-or-CPO he dealer should be very clear to you.

1. It only has 1k miles and is 5k less, but doesn't have appearance or pano

As i looked at some of the lisitngs, I think you could bring them down 5-6k considering the other deals out there.

Ok I was working with dealer today and finalize the price. He added entertainment system (cost 1890) and 4 years/40k prepaid maintenance. With taxes, processing fee it comes to 75000$
The vehicle is not certified and its brand new 2000 miles (used for us open tennis players transportation)
He confirmed for it will come with factory warranty of 4 year/40k
I have to finish it off the deal on Monday. I'm also thinking about leasing gls for 3 yrs. Very confused. Help!

I don't know what your sales taxes are so I can't judge on what type of deal that is. However, I think you should definitely get it certified and sold as a new vehicle, (one extra year warranty), and I have never paid any processing fees, so I may try to knock him down on that. As for getting leasing a gls, I would first see if he would lease the gl, I saw some killer deals on gl550s not to long ago.

1) Warranty new MB is 4yrs/50K miles - some event vehicles 4yrs is are date-in-service for the event - some event vehicles are from date of your purchase - your delaer should be very clear with you on this - either way 50K miles cap still applies
2) Lease vrs purchase is your choice - depending on your ownership intention based on time/miles

If it was used as an event vehicle, its likely you will never be able to purchase extended warranty on it, just keep that in mind. If you never intended to anyway, then its a non-issue.

Did you buy? I'm also looking at a similar 2016 GL450 that was used in the tennis tournament in ohio, it has 2.7k miles, it has the same packages as yours minus appearance package and panorama sunroof, the dealer offers 8k off, which will be a little under 69k, there may be more room for negotiation? How much off msrp did you get?

2016 GL450 KBB price tag, with the options you mentioned is 70k. I recently totaled a fully loaded 2016 GL450 (it had practically everything you can check on the options, including off-road, driver assist, parking assist etc), and was offered 70k from the insurance. The original price tag was 93k.
