Any high mileage GL350?

sitting at 263K, Has a broken right side exhaust manifold which is getting replaced next week & I replaced the A/C compressor 10-15K miles ago. Still using no oil between oil changes. Needs the transfer case chain changed, again, which I have and will do it in the next month or two (will be #3). .

Sorry for the delay in responding. For the after treatment all I have done is clean the DEF injector mounting hole on occasion. It's an easy job. Take the injector off, have a shop vac close by. I have the shop vac running and use it to suck out the white crusty's as I pick them loose. Use DI water to clean the nozzle if needed and reassemble the injector. Adds an hour to an oil change. other than that. I use Archoil to raise the cetane a little and lubricate the fuel system. As of my last scanning there is 0% ash build up according to my Autel and my mechanics star system so I'd say it's going well post AEM.

*Update* on maintenance items. just replaced the turbo. It was working just fine, no play to speak of with the turbine however the hole where the VGT rod goes through goes through the casting had worn and I could smell exhaust gases in the cabin. Plus another engine mount, not sure what happened to it but needed to be replaced. I always use dealership engine mounts so they should be good. I guess it was made in Friday at quitting time, who knows....
I am looking for another one. If you all know of anyone that is ready to sell a 15-16 OM642 version with adaptive cruise and the towing package please let me know. Will pay top dollar for one that is well kept. Thanks in advance.

PS - Around or a tad over 300K. Instrument cluster went out and I wasn't paying the dealership $1,600 for the part and the cost to install & program it so it has an Ebay unit in it. Wish someone could program the miles to match the ECU so I could document the miles better.
