Lease Help Please

I am looking to lease a GLS450 within a month or so. Can anyone give some guidance on obtaining the best deal? The current deal they are offering is horrible. They want more than $6000 down and the payment is still in the 800s.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

These trucks do not lease well! Furthermore, well equipped they are in the low $80's so payments in the $800's should be expected. You might find a demo that's never been titled and save a few $$.

Thanks for the tip. I kind of figured as much. Not comparing apples to apples, but I just leased a 2018 Dodge Hellcat Challenger.
Sticker price of $73,205. Discounted to $69,900. With $1000 down, I am paying $589 including tax.

Those Hellcat deals are heavily subsidised by FCA with ridiculous 62-64% residuals and near zero finance rates. You won't ever get that with a GLS.

Your best bet is to find a dealer willing to discount about 10% off msrp with a unit on their lot. That's not a completely unreasonable scenario for this truck, but you'll still be near $1k month with minimal cash out of pocket, assuming tier 1 credit and msrp ~$85k-$90k

I also lease a Trackhawk, and the residual was a more realistic 51% without any FCA subsidy.

Thanks Mike. Are there any other smoking deals out there now for other luxury SUV's? Something like FCA's 62-64% residuals?

Dont know of any smoking deals, but bmw generally inflates their residuals and lease well in relation to msrp.

The only problem is I do not like their SUV's nearly as much. The only other one I really like is the Range Rover Sport.

Perhaps take a look at the new Navigator. The new ones are much nicer than the GLS and are leasing at $771/mo with 10% down.

You should be able to find much better deals than that. This is a quote that was sent to me last November, which was sent on the first inquiry after meeting a couple of times.
Hope it helps!

On the vehicle below the following monthly payments are as follows:

12k miles with 1st payment down only, is $1168

15K “ “ “, is $1211

This is the last silver 2017 GLS450 in stock and with the most aggressive discount to earn your business of $7500 has been applied to the MSRP. I look forward to your response.

GLS 580
Experts,
Need some advice. I am heading to dealership this weekend to lease/purchase the one mentioned here. Its a CPO. What could i ask on this. This does not have Rear Seat Entertainment system nor a pre-wiring. Can I ask the dealer to provide that? Is that a possibility? I know it is if a pre-wiring exists, but this car does not.

This is the car i am looking for
https://www.ipacket.info/6A1B5B4A-EF...4E7DBA9FFC6C82

What price i can ask on this? Please help me out. If leasing best bet on this or purchasing with extended warranty?. I own an R-350 after the extended warraty expired the car ripped me off for 7k in one.. I am concerned.

That’s a used car with 18k miles..I’m not sure if you can lease that considering the amount of miles or even if it would be a financially wise idea.

Kbb puts private party for it at 57$k. I would say if you are really keen stay closer to $60k

if you get cpo extension you would be covered till 2023/4...with unlimited miles. Not bad.

But have you considered a cpo 15 or 16 gl550? It would have more standard options including muticontoir seats, massage, ventilated and heated, rear ac and the lighting package as well as the better ads airmatic.
If you cpo those you could probably get coverage till 2021/2. I would expect to pay between high 40s till mid to high 50s.
Ive seen a couple 14 for 48-52

hope it helps!

I just picked up a 2013 GL550 with 23,000 miles CPO for 42.5, with the option for $3500 for an additional 2 years. I asked how they could offer
a CPO on a 13 and it was because of the low miles, condition and the perfect service records. They gave me the VMI and I then understood why. Some people really like cars and then there are people who LOVE cars and it shows. Just find the right one.
