2023 EQB 350 & 2014 GL350
IMHO, it's a cool way to "unlock" the potential of the V8 powered GL450 considering its really just a de-tuned version of the same motor as the 550.
In the 550 it's quickly the law of diminishing returns. The 550 is already a very powerful, but also very heavy, truck. The real world performance gains are minimal compared to the potential for long term issues.
If one is really interested in performance, find another MB as a starting point that's not a 5500lb truck.

They work. There is a difference for sure. Even on a V6 Engine. If you have the V8TT it will make even more difference! For the GL550 TTV8 you have access to almost unlimited power. The engine stock is a powerhouse! Kleemann, Renntech or Eurocharged will do wonders! I personally use Kleemann for my CLK55 AMG. It gave me huge numbers and I have the N/A Engine.

I have used those before. It basically eliminates throttle lag but does not increase performance in the sense that no real Horsepower or Torque will increase. Just get a ECU Tune
