Antifreeze Leak GL450

2013 GL450 with 140000 miles.
I pour it in and it runs right out. Found what's broken but don't know what to ask for. It's circled in red in the second picture. I see a white disk between two hoses and that connector is broken. Looks like I can get to it by removing the metal turbo input. I tried and tried to get a good picture, camera kept finding something else to focus on.

That is the thermostat housing. Comes as one while unit with the thermostat. There are some turbo coolant lines right behind it that could also be the culprit of the leak

Its antifreeze leaking for sure. There is something on a hose broken. Guess I'll have to dig in and get it out either way. Should be easier to Id then.

Other Parts Needed

I got one line today, but it sounds li knn e there are two more I should do at the same time. I got 278-200-09-00. What are the other two PNs?, or a diagram? I got 23 and am guessing 25 is needed. What is the 3rd one?

Turbo coolant lines get really brittle really fast on these engines.
I'm on my third set at 80K.

Should probably do parts 22, 23, 24,25. All of them will eventually fail as well and while it is apart you can change them all. Hardest part is getting them of the drivers side turbo. Need a long pry bar to work them free. Common problem with these engines as they age.

I think I read somewhere here that another option is to leave the turbo side alone, since that part is aluminum and just replace the engine side of the lines (plastic and rubber).

Line 24 I think is all Aluminum but the other are all a mix of plastic and metal. I would still switch out 24 just so that the o rings are fresh and if you have to pull it off to get it out of the way it may get bent or deformed a bit. It's up to you but I would change it just to be safe.

I got this thankless job from hell completed. Next time a shop will do it. If they can get it done in 5 hours for $1000, it's worth it to me. Thanks for the help. Only took two trips to the dealer for parts.

Can't believe the difference in OEM parts online. Usually half the cost from what I could get at the dealer.
