X166 GL450 w/ 120k miles. I got code P0341 via phone notification when I started my car yesterday.
The car was warming up for about 30 seconds when I noticed the message and immediately shut the car off.
Did I stretch my timing chain? How does one diagnose this issue between the camshaft position sensor and or the cam actuator(s)?

Check the cam position sensor and cam magnet harness connectors for oil. Check the ECU connector for oil. Lots written about this on the site.
Your engine may be affected by an oil pressure check valve campaign. Written about on this site.
Stretched chain, slipped cam sensor plate and bad tensioners would be next steps to check.
Just towed it to the shop today as I didn't want to risk anything. Will update in two weeks.
Replacement of all 4 cam actuators + chains + engine service. Over 11k usd quoted.

No, not yet. We do not have enough information to make an adequate determination if that is a fair price for the work being performed. Especially when we purchased a set of 4x OEM adjusters online for $2500.
