Oil in ignition coil plug
Hi,
I have a 2014 GL450.
When trying to replace spark plugs, I found that there are some oil in some of the electrical connectors of the ignition coils. The Not all of them have, only some of them.
Do you know what could be the cause?

I think that is an issue with some mercedes engines, also on the S class as well. I cannot remember what causes it but it has been mentioned, I think it is best to correct it earlier rather than later. I believe you can buy small extension wires to be used, try a search on the s class forum maybe, I will also see if I can find where it has been mentioned.
