I am not able to find the WIS document in removing the mirror, I found a video but I am not sure if it helps at all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KuZ3lJKJupI
I can’t insert the ball - I put a lot of effort, it does not enter! I'm afraid to break the mirror

I put the hook in the refrigerator and heated the mirror with a hair dryer (plastic) and it went in and clicked - excellent
I'm happy!!! Now on to the windshield! who cracked from efforts
GENERALLY great advice! Do not put pressure on the mirror --- the windshield will crack! You have to remove it with a key.
