AMG GLA 45 Exhaust Factory Exhaust Options
I'm going to buy a used AMG GLA 45 and wanted to know about what I've heard referred to as the performance exhaust option. It sounds like the may have been specific to earlier year models and now it's just the standard exhaust. I'm hoping someone can clarify for me for all the years, what look for on a build sheet to make sure the vehicle has the exhaust the sounds like an AMG (gurgles, pops, etc). Unfortunately I may end up having to travel out of state to find what I want and want to make sure it's at least in the ballpark before traveling to see the vehicle in person. Thanks!

I have on an X156 the performance one.
I think the resonator is smaller and Maybe the diameter bigger.
Mine has oval sections, probably they didn't have room for thee diameter they needed.
It's borderline too much.
If this car was manual, I would cruise it at 3500 rpm. At that rpm, it drones.
The ECU keeps it around 2000 or less if you take it easy. There it sounds nice, exciting even.
Yes, there are pops. The pops become louder as you get in a more aggressive mode.
I tried putting it in manual and cruising at 3000, not good.
