It's a really simple oil change as far as MB cars go. It won't void your warranty if you do it yourself or have another shop do it, but the dealer will likely be almost 2 times what a normal shop can do it for. I did it myself and was out whatever the filter cost + 6L of oil.

Going rate for MB dealer oil change is something around $150. BMW dealer price for similar size engine oil change is $90. DIY for GLB probably around $50.

In the US, by law, persons can have their car serviced at any location or do it themselves. Receipt must be kept as proof that the work was done.
Not sure about Canada.

That is correct. Every 10,000 miles or once a year, if it is less than 10,000. Your Mercedes Me Connect App under "Service" counts the days off your last year service.

If you going to do "A" service at your local dealer check their website for service coupons. They usually give $50 off Service "A" and $100 off Service "B".

I changed the cabin filter myself. It is located in the passenger footwell. Engine Intake air filter is located under the hood and it is not that easy to change, since a computer module sits on top of it.
Unfortunately, GLB does not have cabin pre-filter under the hood like GLC. I had leaves sucked into the cabin blower, making it unbalanced and very noisy, and dealer had to pull the blower out and clean it during service A.

I do not know. Engine Air Filter change is not part of Service A or B.
So that is a very good question, how often you need to change out this filter. On every non MB car, I changed all filters once a year.
