GLB 2021 intermittent squeaky sound when making a slow sharp right turn
Hi all,
I am currently facing an issue with my GLB 2021 which makes an intermittent strange squeaky noise when performing a slow (below 7mph) sharp right turn.
I have taken it twice to the MB Dealership - the first time they weren’t able to reproduce the issue, however they were able the second time I brought the car in. Thus they decided to take it “into the workshop” on another day to test it again with the same engineer, but again weren’t able to reproduce it, stating I should take the vehicle back from them to see if it will happen again. Given this has been happening for many months now, I doubt this will solve anything. Before this incident, there was a recall to perform a steering update which they did, but interestingly enough not long after that update the issue surfaced.

Has anyone faced this issue before, or might have an idea what is causing the sound?

Worth fixing?
I have the same problem, massage sort of works barely but then stops. Local independent MB shop wants $450 just to start diagnosing. I don’t mind paying to fix it if it’s a great feature, but if the massage is subtle or basically worthless then why bother? Can anyone provide their thoughts on how well the seat massager works?

If you actually have massaging functions, then likely one or more of your seats' air lines or PSC pump are bad.
