Radiator Exposed?
Hi All,
Just learned there's completely nothing between the bottom front bumper and the radiator to block rocks from hitting the radiator. It's completely exposed to damages. Is my car missing a part?
The grill isn't well-designed - the openings are too large.
Has anyone tried to address this at dealer or installed something like this? http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/51...ctor-mesh.html

We have the AMG Line as per Martyn's first photo and a majority of the radiator is protected with a black plastic grill but not as the photo. The US version shows half and half?

mine looks more like the red one, but not exact. Just checked a few online photos of US version and they all look like mine. there's nothing protecting the radiator except the bumper.
This doesn't look right. Debris (even small) at high speed can easily damage a radiator on this GLC.
Edit: Mine is not a sports package nor does it have distronics.

Attached photo of what I meant in my earlier post.
As you can see the radiator is fully protected with the front grill.
So not an issue in the UK.

OTOH, has anybody found this to be an actual problem? Will 3/8" pebbles cause damage? Moths are getting pretty aggressive these days, I hear.....
