2017 GLC model ordered?

Supposedly my car arrived at the dealership last night; I had hoped that my SA would have sent me an email today advising me, but not a word. I'm heading over there as soon as they open at noon, so wish me luck! But I was also frustrated at how long it took to leave the port.
My 2017 GLC will be at the dealer on 8/13. The dealer just sent me the MSRP, VIN, etc. My order included the P03 Premium Package and Ventilated Seats. I chose Black Leather.
The MSRP list includes:
Heated / Ventilated Front Seats (401) @ $1080.
Interior Package (318) @ $2250, which includes Leather Upholstery (20X) and the Power Passenger Seat w/ Memory (242)
Black Leather (221) @ $1620
Has anyone else seen this $1620 for 221? In 2016, 221 Black Leather was $0. I have not seen this change mentioned in the forum.
In 2016, the Interior Package (318) was $2500. All of the features have been moved in 2017 to P01, P02 or are now stand alone like the ventilated seats. The only thing MB left in the package is the Leather Upholstery. They added the nice passenger seat and the price is now $2250. In 2016 the passenger seat was $430 as a stand alone, which means that about $1820 is for the Leather Upholstery.
To me that means that they are charging $1620 for Black Leather (221) and $1820 for Leather Upholstery (20X). Is this correct? It looks like double charging for leather to me.
If this is the 2017 pricing, then so be it. I just don't like finding out about it by reading the MSRP. I just figured a change like this would have been mentioned on the forum somewhere.
When I asked my dealer, he basically told me that the 2016 GLC was so successful that MB had to change the pricing. Understood, no problem, but it still looks suspect to me.
Please let me know if others are seeing this pricing also.
Or I may be too far into the weeds with this.

Thanks!
KLM

Polar white, sport package, LED lights, panorama roof, espresso brown leather, ash wood, P01/heated seats, air balance (don't judge!), rear shades, and Burrmeister. Looking forward to cashing in on my recalled TDI and picking this up!
Late May: Started my car search
Early June: Visited Mercedes to test drive a GLC, but none available. Seemed difficult to get a GLC on the lot that wasn't spoken for. No dealerships in the area had any available.
Mid June: Finally was able to test drive a stripped down model. Enjoyed the drive so I put down a deposit for a custom order. I was told the build slot available would be built by 7/20 and would take 6-8 weeks to transport (roughly Early Sep).
7/18: Car built and loaded on to the Valiant Ace. I tracked the ship online and was scheduled to arrive in Long Beach 8/20.
8/20: Valiant Ace arrived in Long Beach.
8/22: SA notified me the car was at the VPC and would take 1-2 weeks more.
8/25: got a call from SA saying my car was released and is on its way arriving tomorrow!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my car is arriving about a week ahead of what we anticipated. If everything goes well, I'll be a proud new owner of my first MB this weekend!

Nice built. My car had almost the same exact options. I added all the safety options. Don't laugh but my wife love the air balance option especially when other guests in the car are "passing gas". lol
You will love your car.
I am on the fence with Lease vs. Buy, so if anyone can shed some light on this subject I would appreciate it. In the past years I have driven way less than 10K miles/ year.
When I take delivery I will send out some pictures.
