The lighting at the cargo space, as shown the below picture,
I cannot turn it on. Even it seems there is no switch to turn on and off.
How can I turn on the light? or is this malfunction?
yes, I clicked every button on this control panel. I can switch light at drive seat, 2nd row passenger seats, but cannot switch the cargo space light.
Did I try something wrong?
IF you look at my picture, you will see the top left button depressed. When it's depressed, some lights don't come on with doors. Push it again and they will come on

You are right. Now I can control the cargo light as you indicated.

the cargo lights come on when u open the hactch.. like a trunk light
The cargo light in my '14 ML350 did not come on just now when I opened the hatch. With the hatch open, I opened the driver side door and the cargo light came on. I looked in the manual but found no mention of the cargo light itself. So searching the forum I found this thread. Is there a switch on the cargo light light? Some previous vehicles I've owned had a switch on the light to give on the spot control. The missus had to take the car to work so I din't have a chance to check. Thanks.
