I have a question about the interior color schemes (at least for US models). I ordered a GLC300 with silk beige MBTex interior. The dealer just mentioned that there is brown carpet.

On the MB site, the carpet looks black, and the steering wheel/door panels are black unless you select the brown seating.

It is not a bit deal either way to me, but was just curious.

EDIT: NEVERMIND! Dealer just corrected the email...the carpets are black.

I took delivery of a 2017 GLC with silk beige MBTex. The carpet and floor mats are both black. I'd like to see an option for lighter color floor mats.

I live in Upstate NY...light carpeting is really tough to keep clean.

The consumer site is "general" thing - and Dealer Order Guide (DOG) or Delaer Config Tool in Netstar is the best guideline

That's a shame. The site shows a GLC43 with the black leather interior (221) with a crystal grey headliner...looks sharp and no doubt makes the interior feel less like a cave. Of course, according to the 9/21/2016 DOG, the headliner can only be black.

Fingers crossed that the DOG is wrong but...probably not.

I don't know what you are trying to accomplish "on-your-own" - so you know Black Headliner is a acceptable selection on GLC43W4 in the order configure tool.

I would suggest you sit down with a knowlegeable Sales Adviser or Sales Manager - and they can go into the Netstar 5 Config tool what there with you - since the Config Tool is the final authority
