Yes only one Sport package, but two different frontends!!!!! See the attached pic. The red GLC is what I call the full AMG front, the silver is what I call the lesser AMG front. Go online and you can find plenty of pics of both. No one has figured out why you end up with one over the other.

The "sport package 1" as you put it isn't available in the US. I checked with 3 dealerships before purchasing. I walked in with a photo of the car I built on MB USA's site (which had the nicer front grille) and I was told that it's not available. Was disappointed but my wife (it's her car) was still happy with the AMG sport package regardless.

Dealers are never wrong, said no one ever. Well dang it. That's exactly what I wanted. Oh well.
Do we know what parts we'd need to finish the look? Part numbers?

Yeah that was my original question in this thread. I'd like to see what prices are like and negotiate with the dealer to get what I want as part of the deal. For example I might be open to paying dealer cost for parts to have the frontend I want.

So I swing by Mercedes of Denver yesterday and damned if they don't have a GLC300 with the "full" AMG front. Of course I forget to take a pic or read the options list. But from their site this is the only match, Sport package, Premium 2, Night package: http://www.mercedesbenzofdenver.com/...81da4c867f.htm

This is what AMG Line bumper looks like in our part of the world.
Swapped out the standard 2 louvre grille for the coupe style sports grille and added the vent accents to pop it a little visually.

Just finished installing the new grill. Thanks to MITCH1975 for the helpful advice, not sure I would have figured it out otherwise. A couple of points to note:
I found the easiest way to do this was to stick a taped up flathead screwdriver through the original grill and push against the air dams. I spent a lot of time trying to finesse my way with no results.
Also, it will take some creativity since they are awkwardly shaped, but to remove the air dams, pull out on the grill slightly to get them past the cross bars and towards the center. Keep pivoting them around and eventually you'll find a position that gets them out from behind the grill.
This was the hardest part for me, but now that I know how, it's not that bad. Use a flashlight to see which of the tabs are colored, and then either with fingers or that taped up screwdriver use one hand to push the top tab away from the center, and then use your other hand to push the grill inwards. Keep that other hand pushing as you work your way down and around to keep some areas from snapping back in.
Once you've got all of the tabs released, it's pretty easy to wiggle the grill out.
It's a tight space, and I scraped my hands up a bit since there's a bit of sharp metal around, but it's doable.

Managed to do it today in about 2 hours. A bit hard at first, but once I understand what to do, its doable.
Thanks gents,
Bram

New Style Grille
New here - just purchased my first MB - 2017 GLC 300. At the dealership I asked if the AMG diamond grille could be put in the 300 - even though it looks literally identical, I was told by my salesman that they aren't a match. My question is - is that true, and if it is true, does anybody have a link to one they know will fit (from ebay or similar) - this is what the salesman suggested.
Thanks in advance!

Interesting, I have not yet decided if I like that grille or not but, would be interested to see if it fits. I would doubt Mercedes would be changing all those body parts just for that grille.
I think it will fit, someone has to be the first to try it. It's only money.

Here is a link for a replica of that new style “Panamaerica” style grille on eBay for less than what the alibaba link is selling it for. Considering it myself for only $149. I’m not the seller just trying to get others best bang for their buck.

I do love the AMG grille, not sure I'd want to it it myself. Neither would I want a replica.
When I ordered I asked at the dealership and they wouldn't fit an AMG grille to an non AMG GLC. I have an AMG Line BTW.

new grill for my 2018 Glc AMG 43
Just got the amg43 suv and loving it. I love the look of the grill on the amg63 i think looks much better and was looking for an aftermarket black replacement for my front grill that looked like that on the amg63. I understand factory 63 grill will not fit the 43. accordingly, looking for some aftermarket replacement. thanks
