Service A done in 30 minutes and charge $200
My car (basic GLC300) is one year old so went to my first service. They completed "Server A" within just 30 minutes, and that including the time to wash the car.
I am surprised that 30 minutes for $200 charge.
Do the service time and corresponding charge sound normal ?

$200 for service A is not that much if you take into account that even Valvoline charges $100 for a synthetic oil quickie (no filter included!) for my old Acura!!

Do what I do schedule and appointment they値l give you a car to go home go next day pick it up and viola you値l never notice it took 30 minutes you値l feel special because it痴 a Mercedes.
