2018 prices

Wow, that seems like a great price as it's 18% off MSRP. What area of the country are you in? I'm in the Pacific Northwest and am being quoted 6% off MSRP currently. Still trying to determine what others have paid recently.

Is it brand new? Not a demo or a service loaner? Seems too good to be true -- even for an entire new model year cycle!

I thought I got a great deal at about ~12% off my GLC, but that's insane. Assuming everything is on the up and up, and you like the vehicle, go for it. You won't find a better deal than that, more than likely.

Brand new car, in US (Texas).
Here is a question. I looked back at previous threads & it is been discussed but not really conclusively given my circumstance that I describe below.
I plan to keep the car & pay with cash (my current car is a BMW 323it 2000 - anyone interested in buying? ).
The are trying to sell me the mercedes prepaid maintenance (4 years or 48mi) for $1,335 and ext. ltd warranty (an extra 3 years) for $2,500.
Good deal, bad deal??

On the car description is says "Accessory code 632 LEAD headlamps & Taillamps".
Printed out what the 4 year maintenance & my local trusted German cars garage can do those.
I agree on the extended warranty. I might see if I can bargain down the price of the pre-paid maintenance.

For you I would say NO to both! Since they are giving you such a good deal on the car, they will try to sell you other crap. However, I also plan on keeping my GLC for a while -- around 7-10 years. So do note, you can buy the warranty and pre-paid maintenance from a dealer other than the one which you're purchasing the car from -- it all gets added into a national database, do it doesn't matter where you buy. That's what I did -- I bought warranty from MB-Austin - 7 year / 75,000 miles for $1700 (Ask for Brett). I think that's a great investment if you plan to keep it over the 4 year standard warranty. Brett can also sell you the pre-paid maintenance and tire protection (I did as I got the 19" AMG RF wheels -- pot holes, tire popping, etc).
As for the car: I feel I got a great deal, net discounts of about 11% off MSRP (with Euro Delivery), exactly the way I wanted, so you have me beat!

I had a quote for the 7/75,000 warranty for $1700 and 7/100,000 for $2700, and about the same for the maintenance. Jeff Jackson at Tafel Motors in Kentucky

I paid $1275 for 4 years maint. but I did this rather blindly -- some on here say it's still too expensive -- I was seeing it strictly as "$318 per year" in maintenance costs (which i thought was reasonable for a MB), but some on here are more familiar with the contents of each service appointment A vs. B (haven't spent a lot of time looking into it) ... still not sure if it was a good idea or bad, so if you figure it out, let me know. cheers.

I just picked up my new 2018 GLC300
MSRP$44095
Blind spot assistance, LED headlamp, Apple car play, heated front seat
Negotiated it down to $36000. 18.5%off MSRP
I am happy with the deal, plus dealer is 3 minute drive from my place. Extra benefit for the free carwash.

Managed to get ~10% off only because of some rebates/incentives Mercedes national was offering. But, part of that included a trade-in for a low-ball value. KBB listed the trade in value ~$2-3K more than they were offering. After some dealer service deals/accessories were thrown in, we were happy enough.

Those of you who got > 10% off, you should hold a master class on negotiation on how you got that deal.

It's funny it did not take much effort the achieve my 18% discount.
Basically I just told SA how much I am willing to pay, he went to the GSM, and came back with a yes, done!!
I think because of the X3 facelift MB is struggling with the sales of their GLC, and willing to give out huge discount.

March fleet discount is $2500 on GLC which contributes a big portion of the discount I received.

That said, I think the new X3 is a big factor, as well. Test drove the X3M40i yesterday and gotta say, it's pretty awesome. I wouldn't trade the GLC43 in for it, but it's a pretty compelling vehicle and I probably would buy the more sedate X3 version over the GLC.

But the cool thing is the the cost residualizes in the lease -- so you really only pay about half of that cost, although there is interest too.
So -- I did it. I'm actually debating adding the fourth (40,000 mile) service.

2018 GLC 300 4Matic, '69 Nova 350
Got 16% off on my 2018 GLC 300 4Matic, Polar White, black MB-Tex, Premium Pkg, Navigation, heated seats, sunroof, keyless go, rear camera, roof spoiler last Saturday. Used the Sams Club Car Buying Program and whatever other discounts the dealer was having for end of the month/quarter. Returned 2015 GLK (end of lease) and they waived 4 payments plus skipped 1st payment on the new one. And yes, they repaired the rear seat belt issue. Even got 3 year prepaid service for $700. If you're in SoCal, contact MB of Valencia in Santa Clarita, Ca.
