GLC 300

GLC 300 Leaking water from trunk

Several shot of my 2017 GLC 300, every time after raining, there was lot of lot of water leaking from trunk!!!!
this is ridiculous! I really want to return my car to MB.

Return the vehicle to your dealer along with the video. Should be a straightforward fix.

This is no acceptable and MB should bend over backwards to make you happy with a proper fix. I wouldn't feel comfortable without proper explanation to ensure it never happens again.

This probably is caused by bad assembly, could be an easy fix.
if I were you, I would ask dealer to look inside the panel, change anything that is ruined by water.

Just curious how you made out, I noticed on my 2019 that to hold the access cover up, there is a hook that goes on top of the weatherstripping, I was shocked when I saw this as it would bend/destroy the molding...not sure if you used this or if its on yours at all..

Was a common problem in the model of car I previously drove. VW Touareg.
During icy weather the water in the pipeline froze and the tubing came off the connection.

hello i had the same problem with MB E coupe 2018, always after rain ( just after rain) i detected water leak from trunk buttons, problem was in rear camera cover, (230 part)
