2020 side mirrors no longer folding on lock?

IDK what happened. Neither of my side mirrors fold when I lock the car anymore. I have gone into the MBUX "Settings" area, and the function is "checked" (on). I tried unchecking and re-checking it (but didn't power off/on the car between...I might try that). Car is definitely locking and alarm is arming.

Anyone else see this happen and know how to fix it?

Thx.

So yah, I think that there is something wrong about the settings. I think you should try the power on off, go to dealer of it doesn't work. Weird.

What with Covid
Has the car been used, is it possible consumer units have been shut down due to a run down battery
My car has barely moved since March, a couple of days ago the Roof wouldn’t close from key, shortly after I received battery in critical condition alert through MercedesMe app
Charged overnight on Ctek and roof now opens/closes from key.

Just a thought!

I had this happen to my 2019 E300 a few weeks ago. I fixed it by turning the car on, unchecking and then checking the fold mirrors option. Turned the car off - still didn't work. Turned the car back on - used the control button on the driver's door to manually fold and unfold the mirrors. When I then turned the car off and locked the door, the mirrors then folded.

rich-96db, I know the e class has a different setup. You tried on a GLC? Also, on my MY19, it happened once because of low battery yesterday. Gave it a good charge and it works perfectly.

I had the same issue with my GLE350 after I use car wash selection. I manually close and open side mirrors and next time it works. It looks like a bug in software.

No, never had a problem with the mirrors like that on my wife's GLC. I've only had the problem once on my E300.
