I have GLC300, MY2017 from new. I do not believe dealer replaced the cabin filter.
Question, has anyone had it done? How much it cost? Is it DIY job?

Thanks!

Pretty easy DIY. Just Web search for "GLC Cabin Filter Replacement", there are several YouTube vids available.

Technicaly there are two filters you need to replace, one is under the hood called dust filter
and second is cabin filter which is under glove box. Both are relatively easy to replace.
I change dust every 6 month and cabin ones a year.
There are a lot of vid on youtube.

Both filters thru the dealership will run together over $100 at the parts counter. You can save at least 50% by buying Mann at fcpeuro site.

There are many dealers seals online, i usualy buy from
https://www.mbdirectparts.com
Because of shipping cost, i usually buy for a year or two of parts. Much cheaper then loca dealer and its OEM, nothing wrong with Mann but i want to belive OEM parts passed better QA control.

Look at this carefully. It's made by mann.

This is what I received 2 days ago from Amazon. Will replace both filters later this week.
