GLC reverse camera not displaying

GLC reverse camera not displaying
i picked up my 2024 glc 300 coupe yesterday, and when i left the dealer the reverse cameras and sensors were working fine, but then about an hour later when i drove elsewhere after stopping at home, the reverse cameras and sensors did not work at all and didnt even pop open, when put into reverse the cameras did not display either, the screen just stayed as it was. When I press the parking cameras nothing happens either, i turned the car on and off, and still no change. does anyone know what the issue may be? thank you :)

1- i locked the mercedes me app (which shouldn't really cause a camera issue??)
2- it's a software issue that caused the sensors and cameras to not work
3- i need a camera replacement
since the car was only a few hours old after pickup, i was testing the parking camera button under the screen but nothing happened so did i cause this or is it only just a software issue? how long would it usually take to get this fixed? thank you

i called my dealer and he told me to bring it in, the service workers told me multiple things:
1- i locked the app
2- it's a software issue that caused the sensors and cameras to not work
3- i need a camera replacement

I don't see how you playing around with it under the screen should had broke, you are just performing normal functions, intended functions. I am still thinking more likely a bad software/software glitch than a defective camera.
