New here and Have had this car for about a week: Was bummed it was missing the ventilated seats and the full driver's assistance package but the color combo makes up for it. Mine has the distronic active cruise control option but not the full suite of driver's aides. Seems like the system does react a little late when approaching slowing traffic but will assess further as i drive more. Also got the cross bars installed (will post pics later).
Loving it so far! Happy to answer any questions
I did not order the car. It was a dealer order that i picked up. I told myself my next car would have ventilated seats but alas this one won my heart over without them. I commute in this car and have about a 65 mile daily round trip. So far fuel economy has not been bad! My only gripe with the car are the annoying touch sensitive volume and steering controls. Also, why does this car not have a skip track button?

You need to tell yourself that this car shines at everything else! Skip track buttons were so yesterday anyway. What state are you in? Maybe ventilated seats won’t really be that necessary in your climate. I’m in Socal and didn’t want to go without, had the choice between two vehicles, one in the color I wanted with animated LED logo projector, the other in a different color with ventilated seats. Went with the second one.
This seems too soon to ask, but how has this car been reliability wise? Seems everyone is having issues with their GLC43 within a couple weeks. I just picked mine up earlier this week and after reading nothing but negative, I’m a bit concerned.
Coming from a BMW X3M where there was so much information out there, for every negative post, there are a thousand positive posts. GLC is the opposite ratio.
GLC43 has ground clearance of 6.7" so it has no tinted windows in US due to lower ground clearance. The EPA classifies it as a mid-size station wagon, and that prevents it from being imported with factory tint. It is similar with GLB35 @ 6" ground clearance. https://www.edmunds.com/mercedes-ben...eatures-specs/

Nice car. I don’t think you buy a GLC43 for gas mileage.

Well, I could totally understand that. Transmission tuning is not MB's strong point (even regular MB models have jerky issues across its lineup, from C all the way to S even) but the MCT is a very different transmission to competitors.
