2026 GLC300

So I am a 2021 GLC300 owner and have been looking around... mainly due to my wife's friend having a new BMW. So I went down a rabbit hole filed with BMW, Genesis, Cadi, Lexus... you name it, as long as it wasn't over 60K.

But now I see there looks to be major changes in the new 2026. Horizontal iPad focused to driver instead of that monstrous one they have had since 2023. Sorry if you like that one... not for me.

So any comments welcome about the new 2026... hoping to see some non-camouflaged photos in a few months.

Cheers

Go and look at the new 2025 EQs, the dash is going to look some whatbkike those, withholding the large pad turned horizo tal instead of vertical and flatter against the dash...the rest ofnthe interior is not changing all that much. This will be a middle of the road refresh, but not a 100% one, that is not until 2028 i beleive

I wonder if the 2026 GLC for the US market will be made in Alabama. Because if not, the likelihood of tariffs being eaten by the importer for another year on a lowish margin vehicle seems very low. I presume Canadian cars will still come from Germany. Our dealer said that the GLEs are not selling well in Canada due to their being made in USA....

Oh... yeah that looks nice... nicer anyway from the older versions. I am hoping for something more along the BMW X1 and or X5 style.... wish MB would swap to rectangle vents instead of round. Wait and see.

Yeah... gotta deal with what we can't control. Keeping an open mind on other vehicles.

the GLA and GLB already have the full longer screen in the current model years, so that is always an option, if the GLC does not.

I don't mind the horizontal ipad, as long as it does not cover the whole dashboard. My wish is the EV version should cover 400 mile-range, not 300 or even 350 miles. I also would like to get a more comfy seats for a long trip.

Looks like they will be putting star taillights like the W214 E-Class in the facelift X254.

I just ordered a 2026. Went in thinking we would be buying a 2025, but sales said by the time they build my car, it will be a 2026.
