GLC350e 2025 Digital Key
Anyone managed to setup digital key in GLC350e 2025? It's payed for but not available to setup in app or in the car.

2025 GLC 350e
After the recent MBUX update I have the option to start setting up digital vehicle key in the car, but it does not work as the mobile app is still missing that option. I was on the phone to MB a number of times and the last rep told me that MB engineers are still working on it for GLC 350e. They weren't able to give me any date, but mentioned that it might get enabled this summer. It's very frustrating, we purchased the car 1.5 years ago and MB has been advertising that Digital Vehicle Key is available on 350e, but it's still not enabled.

Class action needed
I don't even have the option in the car, where do you see it? Might be a good case for a class action lawsuit.

If your x254 has a build date before 03/2025, the digital key is unavailable.

Unfortunately, it's the case for our 2025 GLC350e which was built 01/2025.

So it was a hardware limitation? If there is something called preparation for digital key as an option listed, those vehicles might have it.

It's in the Vehicle->Open/Close menu, see the attached picture.

Our 2025 GLC350e also had prep for digital key on the build list however it never showed up even after updating to MBUX 3.3. Friend's 2026 included it as a step during the setup assistant and it's available in settings while also running MBUX 3.3.

The build date listed on the Mercedes website directly contradicts the equipment on the build sheet. I wonder if this can become a legal issue... Even dealer software updates have not enabled the digital key for us.
