This looks like the answer to lowering the GLC43 when you want it slammed! Does anyone have any feedback on this system and the performance when it is lowered? I really want it lowered to improve track day performance, don't care about the ride quality so much. It seems like you can lower it and raise it fairly easy based on the simplistic youtube video. Comments?
The renntech control module is super cool but not for $1500. If I could find one used then that would be great.

I asked him about the links a few months back but he said his shop did a custom setup for him. I wish they would do more and sell them to the public. As of right now, I called around and still haven't found someone who makes them in the states.

The other thing to consider is that air suspension is one of the less reliable components in Mercedes cars, at least that's true historically. And I am sure Mercedes can argue that using after market software to run it lowered increases stress on the system. Given that I think the probability of being denied coverage on a higher probability of failure component is a very real risk. I would stay away from this product.
Isn't it basically software? Does seem overpriced if that's the case for a module and some programming. I've bought coilovers for that price for other vehicles. That being said I want it. lol.

Has anyone tried this yet? I'm curious about owner's feedback. As far as I can tell all this does is change the factory calibration setting to make the car sit lower. Is there no way to do that with some sort of specific Mercedes OBD software?

That's still expensive considering I just bought GLC lowering Links for $199 and free shipping. Install should be no more than $100-$150. I am going to install them Friday or over the weekend.
the difference is in easy way to drop your car. and you can ALWAYS change level you want.
Not sure what you mean by that? The lowering links are adjustable. I just had my shop adjust mine again. You can actually adjust it yourself but I am scared of the airmatic 😆

sorry for the delay, I have been pretty busy. I am still playing with settings. You can reach the links from behind the wheel. Every millimeter matters, this is my second adjustment.
I am planning on dropping it another half inch all around. That's the beauty of having adjustable links.

Well per the manual, Sport and Sport+ modes drop the GLC about 15mm. The pictures I uploaded were dynamic set to Sport+, which is the lowest setting that my truck with go without me tinkering with the links. All the features such as raising to maximum height and selecting the dynamic settings are still there just a bit lower due to the links. The only thing the links do, are tell the ECU that the truck is supposed to be set at a certain height and that height is where everything is calibrated from. If I use the function to raise the truck (as if I was off-roading) then whatever that height is supposed to be set by the factory, is now lower due to the links. Its also the same when the truck is put into sport+ as the the truck is lowered 15mm per factory and up to 70mm more due to the links (I don't have mine at 70mm lol)
Also, the MB OEM links are plastic and flimsy anyway. The Evolution links are metal and adjustable (plus they look better being that they are "Red").

You can raise the car yes but softening it is a no go
