Checked out a 63 SUV in Houston today.
I really am in love with this little rockets. slightly smaller than my current jeep, with about the same power but better MPG.
As much as I want a Brilliant Blue model, I might settle for the 18 selanite grey as everyone seems to only get that in inventory.

As a jeep wrangler owner, this will be a different ride than your Cherokee

the grand Cherokee is nowhere near the same car as the wrangler. not even slightly related. the WK2 jeep is closely related to the GLE platform and the SRT is even nicer.
I have heard the Wrangler is absolute **** to drive but people love them enough to maintain the residual value are insane levels.

Obviously I knew you drove the Cherokee seeing as you want to upgrade to the MB. If you were a wrangler owner you wouldn't be looking at the 63 as un upgrade but in addition to your garage. I'm proud jeep owner most are. Furthermore, my jeep is just one of my cars to drive in sunny FLORIDA. It's fun a fun drive and always gets me compliments. It has only 30k miles on it and it's a 2-door 2001 inlinev6 I enjoy have different cars and styles depending on my mood. I would consider the ML63 also.

it's a better suv. You mentioned the GLC 63 being smaller than your jeep the GLS has more room and doesn't look like it's trying to be a suv such as the GLC63 wants to it reminds me of the bmw x3

This dealership had a brilliant blue GLE which is the same size as my jeep but still out my planned price. I cannot say i did not love it.
I am going for the GLC because the E63 wagon is out of my price range. an SUV is not a need for me, just decent back seat for 2 kids and trunk space.
I considered the Volvo V90 R-Design but the 300hp super and turbocharged 4 cylinder engine just has no grunt for my want.

What about the ML63 you can find a 1 owner used one. Size is between the GLC-GLS

can walk out of of jeep deeler with a trackhawk for 80k. As much as I like the idea of a 707hp SUV, I do not need the size and inefficiency of this size of SUV.
I am past the cross-shopping stage. I know what car I want that meets my need. I am most likely ordering a brilliant blue 19 as that is my prefered color.

They're not making jeeps like they used to. So if I had to decide between the GLC or the Jeep track hawk yes I'll take an MB.

but without the need to tow heavy loads, the GLC63 is a better "car" than the jeep

much better choice of course and the AMG performance and craftsmanship can't be matched by the trackhawk jeep. Personally I don't like anything jeep makes now. And I hate these 4 door jeep Wrangelers. Especially these "mall crawler" jeeps that are lifted litted up with gadgets and knick knacks and don't even looknow like wranglers anymore yet alone take them off road.
