I went ahead and ordered the Renntech HPFP. Going to really unlock this car as being limited to 18psi. With the new fuel pumps I should be able to push 26-28psi.... Looking forward to continuing the build

Installed Xpel on the rockers and back passenger doors. Definitely will save the paint in the winter. The front was already done at the dealer.

I saw that you indicated your running boards were wrapped. Do you know if they disassembled them to do it or did they wrap over/around the rubber knobs?
I am looking to do the same as I really like the blacked out running board but wonder how much effort it would take to disassemble the running board so the grey part could be wrapped or even painted.

Hey bud

How'd you black out the grille? The vinyl shops i talked to said that wrapping would be difficult and seemed unwilling to take that on...painting also seems difficult with the prep that would be necessary.

You know mine is wrapped in front.

My vinyl guy said he was not confident the grill would hold when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, he said "the grill was much better than I thought".

It is flawless over a year later.

Pootz: My guy that wrapped them didnt disassemble anything. He wrapped over the whole running board then cut out the rubber nubs and tucked the vinyl underneath the nubs. Came out relatively clean. They have held up well against everyday use. I used gloss as it looks better but I think Satin may hold up better.

CPD: My guy just individually wrapped each grill. He said it was a little tedious but he got it done. They are too holding up well against every day driving.

Think they are standard with the 63. I'd love to get them too for my upcoming 43.

Loving the red calipers too, guess that was after the factory?

Dragged it. Draggy quarter mile. I did a 12.8 and a 13.1. Impressive since altitude is 5,500 feet outside Denver.

I bought calipers and rotors from various places. Altogether it was about 13-14k.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your experience. I suspected it could be wrapped in place but was curious.

The pedal feels a little softer, but brakes always feel strong. I find them much quieter and the lack of brake dust makes it worth it.
