Recall on GLC 63
Anybody got any info on this new open recall that affects a lot of different models including the GLC 63?
Was going to purchase one on Sunday but dealer couldn’t sell it because of the open recall.

Recall is regards to front seat belt buckles and the system potentially not recognizing the seat belt is latched.

"This tool will not work for non-US VINs."

Well got a hold of someone at corporate and they said the estimated fix date is January 2020, bummer.
Now got to decide to wait or move on a 2020 model.

2003 Cobra / 2018 GLC300 / 2020 GLC63 SUV
Can anyone confirm that this is affecting delivery of new 2020 GLC63s? I've heard nothing about my allocation being held up although it was just built last week.

Kenny - No word from my dealer either, but I haven't honestly pressed them either. My build is scheduled for Nov 25th so I'm curious as to if it will be held in JAN or the build is late enough to already have a fix at the factory.
