So its getting close... I can't seem to get the ship details from my dealer to track it, but it is on the boat and scheduled to arrive in the port of Brunswick GA on 12/12!

Question - Any idea on timeline to get to the dealer? The dealer is 307 miles away from the port in Atlanta so its a quick day trip once its on the car carrier. I'm just trying to coordinate with my XPEL and Window Tint guys to make the most of my time off over the Holiday. Hoping I might be able to take delivery on the 20th, but I'm not sure if that's pushing it or not.

Any guidance by chance?

I checked the Port's arrivals on the 12th and confirmed it is on the Drive Green Highway (yeah ironic isn't it?). Quick stop in Baltimore and then to Georgia.

Once it is assigned to carrier and then released to carrier, your dealer will have carrier info. My dealer called the carrier directly and got an estimated arrival to the dealer. You can also ask for the carrier phone number yourself and ask for updates yourself, using the last 8 digits of the VIN.

Took about a week for my vehicle to arrive at dealer after arrival at port.

Also, what options did you go with?

Cool. Thanks for that. I was hoping about the same assuming no damage or issues of course.

Cardinal Red
Magma Grey/Black Nappa
Parking Assistance
Exterior lighting
AMG Night
AMG Carbon Fiber Trim
21" Multispoke Wheels Black
AMG Drive Unit
Ventilated Front Seats
Panorama Roof
3 Zone Climate Control
Heated Rear Seats
Inductive Wireless Charging
Wheel locking bolts

So fairly well loaded, Will add a stealth hitch, xpel and window tinting for the fronts after delivery.

Total bummer. I've been impatiently watching/stalking the ship mine is on, it went into the middle of the Atlantic and didn't have updates for a few days. A small part of me worried that it sank

Mine was due on the 5th, it arrived in port late on the 7th. The ship itself left port on the 8th and went on its way to Galveston as far as I can tell. I was wondering if yours was on the same boat. Car was released to the dealer today, so not sure on the next steps and timing. Could be any day.

Awesome! Keep us posted. Hopefully you get it in the next few days!

I think most of the free sites only track AIS and not the Satelite navigation of the ships. Hence the offline for a few days cross the pond. While fun to track, I didnt pop for the subscription to track myself :-)

Car has made it to the dealer. With work requirements and then a minor change in tax laws in GA, I'm picking it up on Jan 2nd - 7 days and counting :-)

Any Recommendations for Pickup? Things to consider? Items that one must get in your opinion after taking delivery?

I got my USB C to USB C cables for my Galaxy equipment, and a new set of prescription shades for this car (I'll loose them if I don't keep one in each vehicle), XPEL is being done on January 3rd (hope to drop it off the night of the 2nd on the way home) and the front windows are scheduled to be tinted on the 4th.

I'm going to pass on the Pre-Paid Maintenance I think as well.

Whew! Finally got the car.... Holy Cow! I really can't wait to turn 1k miles... this car is a blast so far to drive! I got the PPF done, windows tinted and detailed it this weekend and she looks great! The dealership did a great job during delivery. So....... so far so good!

One thing I did notice is the wireless charging limitation..... Its a small limited area. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ with a very thin case. There isn't much room (maybe another 1/8 of a inch) to fit a larger phone. I found this a bit odd with some of the newer phones that have been released. Just an FYI around this if you are considering this option.

Now I need to find excuses to drive places this week :-)
